Symposium support

What does registration include?

The symposium is scheduled for April 27-29, 2027. Review the published agenda for sessions and meals. Approved registrants can use the attendee portal to access materials as staff publish them.

When do I receive access to conference materials?

Staff first confirm your registration and verify payment or approve complimentary access. Staff then send an access confirmation. A registration receipt alone does not grant portal access; materials appear as staff publish them.

Can I request a justification letter?

Yes. A printable supervisor justification letter is available on the symposium site and can also be requested during registration.

How are lunch preferences handled?

Lunch and dietary needs are collected during registration and summarized for staff in the conference operations console.

Can my organization pay later?

You can submit your registration with payment pending. Manual payment instructions are coming soon; this website does not collect a card payment in the current setup. Staff must verify payment or approve complimentary access before attendee access is confirmed. Waitlisted registrations require an available place first.
