What does registration include?

Registration includes both conference days, meals listed in the agenda, access to the attendee portal, speaker presentations, and post-event materials.

When do I receive access to conference materials?

Paid or complimentary registrants receive portal access credentials immediately after confirmation. Materials remain available after the event.

Approval

Can I request a justification letter?

Yes. A printable supervisor justification letter is available on the symposium site and can also be requested during registration.

Meals

How are lunch preferences handled?

Lunch and dietary needs are collected during registration and summarized for staff in the conference operations console.

Payment

Can my organization pay later?

Yes. Staff can track pending, complimentary, invoice, manual payment, and online payment states as the approved finance workflow is configured.
